So, Ruby is suspicious as all hell, but that's better than Oswald blabbing. If there was no conspiracy, then Oswald has killed a President in the State of Texas. That said, better to have someone who is involved to kill Oswald and kill leads than someone who killed JFK alleging a conspiracy. He's also mentaly unstable and a good choice to bring into the situation, seeing as how random it would appear. Jack Ruby was a dying man with not long to live. He could have added LBJ to the list (Probably), or Govenor Conelly, or the First Lady, or a dozen other people. I have to think that Oswald's objective was JFK and only JFK. That said, if he did do it and wanted to screw with the US government, why not kill Govenor Conelly? What JFK Reloaded does suggest is that Oswald has time to fire something like twenty shots into the motorcade-enough time to rack up a dozen kills. This, though, only makes the point that this is a very good longshot I've also played the game enough times to know that JFK getting away unhurt is a fair possibility as well. LBJ is something like three cars behind JFK, and probably has time to hit the floor.
#JFK RELOADED CANT LOAD OTHERSIDE DRIVER#
In short, Norton, it is realistic only for about the first two shots or so, and it certainly isn't realistic to have LBJ sitting in a car that's stopped right behind the Presidential Limo (and that Limo only stopped because the Driver is dead (no one attempts to take control of the car, etc.) The idea that you'd have things like cars speeding up and running into each other despite being able to clearly see each other, or that no one takes any cover even when being fired upon. The Second is that JFK Reloaded, which I DLed out of curiosity is a REALLY BAD indicator of what people are LIKELY to do in the even of the attack. The first point I'd like to make is that JFK is, whether you like to believe it or not, grossly embellished as a character. Whoever killed JFK got away with it, but the government played a huge role for its willingness to conceal what has to be massive failures in its own right.įirst of all, I'm going to be playing halfway devils advocate on this whole deal. Edgar Hoover fired on the spot, followed by dozens of others. If the attack failed or if the Government was really willing to burn its own employees, you'd see J. While nothing says it can't happen, I'm pretty sure that the JFK assassination in its own right was a low percentage deal-it hinged on things like JFK wearing a brace that kept him from ducking down, the PPD not vetting a couple of locations (perhaps the route was too long to cover throughly) and across the board negligence by the FBI. That is probably enough to convince LBJ not to go to Dallas, or if anything, it leads to the FBI cracking the assassination attempt before it happens because it has grown too large and too loose to go forward. But consider what would happen if the conspiracy was enlarged to target LBJ as well. Now, what this means to me is that the Government has something to hide, like this was a very blatant threat that was followed upon, or the Government massively botched its efforts.

Furthermore, the government sealed a lot of the evidence away for decades-some of it is still sealed to this day, 45 years later. Of course, someone tried to tell JFK not to go to Dallas, but that said, the whole point of the Warren Comission was to exhonorate the Government of incompetence. This is as obvious as the driver of JFKs car slowing down as it is fired upon. The US Government was grossly negligent in JFKs death. So I'm going to throw something out here, just a supposition: The man was pretty close to a cover-up across the board, even in WW2 he had to lie to get in. JFK himself womanized to the point where Bill Clinton would appear chaste in comparison, and he hid a litany of medical conditions. Throw in that RFK was also assassinated, yeah, there is almost certainly something afoul with the Kennedy Family. Oswald himself claimed to be a Patsy, and had to be silenced by a Bartender. There is a lot of suspicion to be sure the magic bullet theory is a pile of crock endorsed with no actual physics background. Well, this gets into the nature of the JFK Assassination in the first place, which, I'm pretty sure, was directed at JFK and only JFK as the target.
